UCL Accommodation Contract Takeover May- 22 June

I have a single non-ensuite self-catered room at Schafer House for £230 pw. I'm hoping to move out early-- sometime in late May-- and the contract ends June 22. This would be great for students studying in the summer who would like to come to London a bit early, as you get to stay in central London for much cheaper than a hotel. The price includes all bills, and the hall is only a 5-10 minute walk from campus. Chemist, Sainsbury's, and Amazon Fresh store are a 2-minute walk away. Approx. 4 minute walk from the tube (Warren Street) and a 5 minute walk from Lidl. Message me if interested!
