Offer requiring grades above prediction

I've just gotten an offer from Sussex.
It's conditional and they want AAA
I've been predicted AAB
I attained at AS AAC
They ask in the prospectus for AAA/AAB. So I thought I might get an offer for AAB.
I don't know what to do. It's for English Literature and Language.
Should I email them asking that like I might not get AAA, I'm predicted AAB, or should I just work like hell? My first choice is Kings (haven't had an offer yet, form went in last week only).
 Work, man. You can get AAA if you put the effort into it.
Work for the AAA.
Work at it.

Work. Bear in mind if you get AAB there's a fair chance they'll take you.

They know you might not get AAA... thats why they gave you the offer.. they give out more offers than they have places, so you'll just have to work hard to get the AAA if you wanna go there!
I'm getting really nervous- Sussex is my first offer and it's AAA when I'm predicted AAB when I'll probably only get ABB...I really hope East Anglia are nicer.
