Hello, my Room at Stratford One by Unite Students is up for grabs! Located just a quick 10-minute walk from London College of Fashion, you'll have easy access to everything you need.

I am looking for someone who would take over my student accommodation contract - as I am moving out.
Move in dates are flexible, preferably 1st week or April or May.

Rent is 270 pounds per week, which is 1080 per month, all bills included. You would however have to pay the full sum of the stay up front (as I have done) - which is the rule of the management.

Westfield Mall is right across the street for all your shopping and grocery needs, plus the tube station just a short 15-minute walk through the mall. And let's talk about amenities – we've got a massive common kitchen for cooking up a storm, electricity and WiFi included, and 24/7 hot water, other facilities include the gym, theatre and gaming room along with study rooms.
