jet2 job interview help

Hi, I recently applied at jet2 for a Customer Helper – Front of House ( passenger service agent) which is based in manchester. so far I've done a short online assessment which was about 12 questions. whats next? how long will they reply? anyone who has been in a similar situation, what should I prepare, how to get hired? all tips and advice is appreciated.
