Student finance secret answer

I’m currently in the process of applying for student finance, and I’ve just attempted to sign into my account to finish off the application, and it won’t let me sign in without a “secret answer” I set this account up recently so it’s not as if I’ve just forgotten it - I never set a secret answer. I don’t even know what the question is. When I click “forgot secret answer” I’m told that I can’t reset it through the link, yet it doesn’t actually tell me where I can reset it.
