Changes to Cambridge Entrance Exam (Eng/ChemEng/Science/Vet)

There are changes for the Cambridge 2024-25 application cohort to the entrance exam, all Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Natural Science, and Veterinary Medicine now sit the same exam called the ESAT. But as this is the first year are there any concerns that there will be limited resources / past papers, has anyone considered how they might go about preparing for it?

Have seen that, but always tend to be issues with the first year of any exam. Was wondering if anyone had anything specific in mind in case the practise materials were limited ...
