Queen Mary vs Leeds

I am international applicant and have received offers from both to study Economics and finance. From what I've seen, Queen Mary is pretty low in the rankings compared to Leeds and I've heard people saying it shouldn't be in the Russell Group. If anyone has gone to one of these, I'd like some insight to help me decide which one to accept. I have a full ride scholarship so I don't mind the London prices. Thanks.
