Scared I won’t get into dentistry with my gcse grades

My GCSE grades are:
English lang: 6
English lit: 7
Maths: 6
Biology: 7
Chemistry: 9
Physics: 8
PE: 7
Geography: 7

Are these okay to apply for dentistry or will they be something that unis will reject me for?

Yes they are fine for dentistry. Just be strategic with which unis you apply to (don’t apply to unis where they weight GCSEs heavily).

Plymouth accept those grades for dental surgery, they mainly focus on your A level grades. They also offer a foundation year too

These are the dental schools you meet the requirements for:
Dundee KCL Leeds Liverpool Newcastle Plymouth QMUL QUB
Some of them rank GCSEs so avoid them if you're applying strategically: KCL and QUB
All the other unis look at you UCAT so make sure you get good grades in those
KCL and QMUL also look at predicted A-level grades and rank them all others only look at min requirements
Here is the entry requirement for 2024:https://www.dentalschoolscouncil.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/DSC-Entry-Requirements-entry-2024.pdf
