hi! as it is a part time job i'd think it is situational questions, likely in the form of "when is a time you..." i.e. "when is a time you worked in a team". google is your friend here, google common interview questions and a big list will come up, go down the list and think of a situation (or make one up) which applies. I recommend the STAR method to structure your answers which is S - situation (what was the situation), T - task (what did you have to do), A - action (how did you go about doing it), R - reflection (how do you feel it went, would you make any changes, what was the knock on effect, did you learn anything new?).

as its only 15 mins via phone they will likely read questions from a list and there won't be that many questions, maybe 4-5. good luck
Hey :hello:congratulations on gaining an interview you’ll be asked questions for sure about yourself, reasons behind why you’d like to work here, what you’d bring to next and the team. Potentially your flexibility and experience. Attached below from glass-door are reviews from interview candidates that did an interview for a role within next and most recently too you can use that to help you.

At the same time preparing and practicing competency based questions by bullet pointing them into shorter answers will help you to remember instead of paragraphs again just use the star acronym.

Don’t also forget to do research into the business and company. And just really sell yourself as in why you want it the most the interview can tell by how much you want it just by selling yourself.
