Chalet Host

I am applying to work as a chalet host in my gap year- I have been skiing for 8 years but as part of my application I have to provide a menu. I am a reasonable cook and will be attending a cooking course in the summer but I need some ideas for my menu including vegetarian options. This is not hard but I am only 18 and hardly cook vegatarian options any ideas?

Plenty of stuff out there if you look, google is your friend. Try Natives too.

Good luck with it, I can imagine that the competition for ski season jobs next year will be tough, with the recession there are likely to me more people thinking of doing it as a career break and companies taking on less staff to reduce costs. Great fun tho, work hard and play hard. Currently doing my first season as a Chalet Host and loving it (coming back next season tho hopefully for a different company).

Thanks. I really hope I do get a job. I have wanted to do this since my second time skiing- I was 13 when I learnt to ski. If it doesn't work out I'll have to get a job in a bar or something. I just really want to do a season.
