Well you have bio and chem at A2 and geography which is a third traditional subject so that shouldn't hold you back. I would suggest perhaps using those extra subjects to fuel your PS, I don't know maybe you've covered ethics in theology/sociology and you can link that to medicine. How have you don in your ASs/A2s because thats the crunch point
Are you doing those A2s in one year? getting the grades won't be nice/easy i assure you

i suggest slow things down, only chance you stand is only if you definately pick up biology and chemistry (chemistry atleast until a2) im applying for a career in medicine too this summer, and its a very challenging experience, now listen cos im gonna give you some good advice !!!, do some work experience in a hospital/s, see how its like and what doctor's tasks are through out the day, research conditions and salaries and any other factors affect doctors and specialists, if you dont want it 100% or anything that puts you off to fair extent dont choose it, because even if you do get the grades and do get in, the number of med students dropping out in the first year is over 50%, i am saying this because, biology and chemistry are demanding subjects at a-level and require a lot of time, im not trying to put you off but if you are really impelled by medicine you shouldnt be, as medicine is very time demanding and requires you're full attention for most aspects of it, and if you do decide it is the thing for you get voluntary work, in you're community or out, try and join and extra-curricular activites, it will look on the personal statement.
and finally good luck with you're choice !
