Is anyone else staying up to watch it? (if it actually launches )

Yeahh, I shall be  I'm hoping these storms clear so it launches on time. I did say I was going to get an early night tonight, but it appears as if I'll have to try that out tomorrow instead.
It seems it is happening...I really hope so. This will be the first time I've seen a space shuttle launch live :p:

No-go :frown:
It's been scrubbed again :frown:
Launch scrubbed. Hardly surprising given the weather.

Yes Im here lets do this, links!, is anything happening, whats going on?
It must be so frustrating for the astronauts - they've literally been sitting there in the orbiter for hours waiting to launch, and now they've got to go through the hassle of getting out again.

We won't know it has been completely scrubbed for half an hour?

Nope, officially scrubbed. They're in the process of shutting down systems now.

How many times has it been delayed now?

Must be annoying for the astronauts most take a few hours to get into the suit and strapped in and things? :o:
