Oh cool. I'm not really an all-rounder kinda student though so I would've really sucked at it overall.

Aww :console:

I did D1 in jan  , it's the only further maths module that I felt went good.

Finally decided what my project is going to be, so today:

*Flick through Java book
*Review Systems development life cycle
*Write the problem definition down
*Review physics mechanics module
*Learn experiment to calculate gravitational acceleration, g

I didn't do anyhting today. I think I'm being a bit lazy, since it's half-term.

The plan for tomorrow:

EPQ

*Edit/ re-read essay
*Add 300 words to essay
*Edit project log

Homework
-Read Buckley booklet on impact of war on Athens and fill in worksheet
-Read pages 4-6 in Administration of the Empire booklet and pages 2+3 in the white booklet

Revision

Law: Actus reus theft:- Property
-Appropriation
Sparta: Read through booklet and political system notes

Ancient Rome: recap Northern Frontier

Let's get this started.
Philosophy revision it is !
Almost done my test table!
Today:
Computing:
- Finish test table
- Sample of planned SQL statements

- Identification of storage media - no clue what this is
- Make a start on the user guide
- Indent/comment some code - stupid me left it to the last minute

EDIT: ArghhH! Made a big error in my project. Forgot to do some things so I cannot complete my test table properly. Have to wait until next week now :cry2:

Hey- Does anyone know where to find the prices per paper if you happen to be sitting any privately?

I think it depends on the centre and the exam board. Just check the websites.
I'll finish the first chapter today hopefully. I've only got the mixed exercises left :h:

Been taking 'breaks' lasting an hour each time :erm:

Found out that chemistry's actually not that bad when you know what you're doing. Going to do some M3 + FP2 questions tonight.

Good luck with FP2 I hope you do better than I did in Jan

I've just gotten a glimpse at how much work the computing A2 gonna be :frown: I think I'm going to drop it.

The longest bit of writing I've ever done was a five page essay. I'm just wondering how the **** I'm gonna do a 100+ page project + revise for A-level physics + FP3 + any retakes + CCNA in four months

Maybe I should just choose an easier project or something, I always do better in exams anyway :s-smilie:

Roll on summer...

What are you thinking of doing project wise?

I was gonna do pacman in Java/C++ but I think I'm going to have to go for something a little easier.Any suggestions?

I'm currently thinking more along the lines of snakes and ladders.

I've checked the AQA website but it's saying £27.50 per paper. But I've rung a private centre and they're asking for a hundred pounds per paper:O

Have you ever coded a game before?

They're nice ideas, but isn't it easier to make a website with a database back-end. Easy way to get the marks

An A level maths game seems to be a good choice, because you can have lots of complexity. Maybe noughts and crosses would be good too.
