I haven't started mine today due to work too, but I will do the 120 at 9:00 that's when my workout session is and yeah I will be fine doing 140 tomorrow morning
It will last around 15 minutes. Not a competition, just pure fitness for us all to encourage each other.
The aim of this workout is to improve leg strength and endurance through explosive exercises with rests in between. If you're fitter, you can take less rest or more rest as you need.
Finishing with the "Bring Sally Up" squat challenge, where you go up and down to the song. This is difficult to finish!! Link below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bql6sIU2A7k

Started a bit early, my legs are killing me due to this last video but at least had a great soundtrack which is a big + for you.
Welcome to Tabata training. Involving bursts of exercise with rest. Focusing on 2-3 exercises. Developing strength-endurance and endurance for the upper body.
For those you not familiar with Tabata training it's very easy to understand.
20 seconds work 10 seconds rest x8 (per exercise)
So, you're doing 4 minutes work per exercise.
Here's an oft used quote to go with Tabata training:
"20 seconds has never felt so long nor 10 seconds so long or 4 minutes so painful!"
The 3 exercises we're going to do are...
- Tricep Dips - Incline/Decline Press ups (depending on difficulty) - Sit ups
The key is maximum intensity during the 20 seconds of work and fully resting during the 10 seconds.
Just set this timer up on your browser, you'll get 10 seconds to prepare for the exercise and it'll tell you when to work and went to rest.
