Yeah basically If the Alevels are all sciences and maths and were 4 A*s; what is the highest paid profession I can get into? Guys I'm obviously meaning what degree->area of work. I used the 4 A*s to imply that it would be with science a levels (not something like a degree in sociology) and that I'd meet the requirements for university.
What is the highest paid profession btw? is it IB?
This isn't a 'profession' as such. But I'd argue a Portfolio Manager at some form of hedge fund. But nobody is getting there without some years in IB or Asset Management or they have a PhD..
Anywhere your heart desires. Although it compares nothing to a degree in all honesty, you have to specialise in something if you want the big paid jobs, 4A*s sounds like something good enough for Oxford to CONSIDER… lol kidding I'm sure they'd be amazed and you'd be able to build a strong application

Thing is whilst there are some people cremating in large amounts at the very top, there are a lot on very average salaries. be wary of money being your key motivator imo.
I see you on the other thread btw, just waiting for the insults to start....

Who knows, I'm sure that there are lots of things.
Your best bet may be Medicine, or may be Dentistry.
Don't earn a lot at first, but after a good few years, the £££ will be rolling in. But you'll be working hard for it, everyday, but that's what makes it fun and worthwhile!
