What were the uses of Intranet other than Exchanging information with students?
I wrote
-To communicate with each other
-Assign assignments and set goals on a notice board
- Share resources
Is that right?

I put the first and third, and that they could see any updates about the college on the online notice board.

That's pretty much the same but I think share resources is wrong since they ask for benefits other than Exchanging information

Yes, but they specifically said 'with the students'. So I'm guessing sharing with other staff is acceptable, as long as you mention it.

Sound card is more of a processing device than an output device. They specifically said to output sound.

I don't think Sound Card is a sound output device, it's more like a processing device since its a device which processes digital signals and convert them to analogue signals

But who knows? it might be correct since the marking scheme is always weird every year!

Thanks for your reply! I couldn't think of anything else tbh, and headphones didn't make sense to me because they are in a meeting.
