Some fat people reach a certain point of fatness where their face looks fat and round and the whole thing is ruined tho so this just doesn't sound like it works proportionally...

y'knw I'm gonna b unique here and say good looking and tall with a good body 
Goodlooking and short. Then you can lose the weight, become muscular and ripped. Then you are just a bit short but look great. Find a small girl. Job done.
2 because you could always loose weight and there's nothing wrong with being short 😋
