Xbox 360 can't sign in to my account

But my internet is working fine and I have successfully run the test your connection and test your Xbox live things.

Can anyone help please?

Why don't you try praying to God.
Any specifics? Like an error code?
Hop onto the Xbox Live website and do a couple of things:
- Log onto it with your email/password
- Check all the services are working properly

Apparently it means there is an error with Xbox live but I have checked on the website and there isn't.

Error 80151909 occurs when downloading your Xbox Live profile
You see the following error code when downloading your Xbox Live profile or connecting to Xbox Live:
80151909This means that there’s a temporary connection problem with Xbox Live.

Off Xbox Live website ^

Try restarting your Xbox, restarting your router, removing the profile and then adding it again, else wait an hour or two and try again. If this keeps failing then start a chat with the Microsoft Live Chat here: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/request-chat?service=xbox-360&category=errors&ccfissue=&ewt=8&navlistpath=NavigationList&preferedLocale=en-GB&siteId=xbox-prod&

Go outside its a ****ing nice day.
I think you should listen to the first guy and try praying to God.
I would've deleted my profile off of the hard drive and try re-downloading it.

Just seen on the Xbox support website that it is a known issue and others are having the same problem. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I'm surprised no one else on TSR is having the same problem though.

If they have then why is mine doing a similar thing? All i want to do is download the packs for dragonball xenoverse and i can't reset the router cuz it's the uni's wifi none of us can tell if the box in our flat hallway has access to the reset button.
