This was the exact problem I had, the paper in general was not too bad until I got to the scheduling, after that it just went downhill due to the time constraint.

I think 8 questions was pushing it to be honest. They tried to make us do too much at once..

It was because they kept on knocking marks off of some of the longer questions - like giving us only 5 for route inspection part (a), 2 for part (c), 4 for the flow chart trace table, 3 for the schedule, and 3 for the early and late times (just so that they could put in that time-consuming 5-mark question about drawing the activity network - and using 3 dummies instead of just 2; I had to rush that question, just to be able to have a go at the schedule (don't even ask me what order I did that paper in - it was completely random!)).
