Reapply next year or just go for it

My grades for this year: ABD
Firm offer (Cardiff): AAB
Insurance offer (St Georges): ABB

However, I have managed to get my insurance offer at St Georges for the course I applied for which is Physiotherapy. Not sure how cool I would be going as I am disappointed I couldn't get my firm or a clearing offer.

Does anyone have any tips on living in London? Should I reapply for somewhere I really want to go next year by resitting or get on with it because its what I want to do? Any advice? Thanks
