I use Google Docs, with succint (as much as possible) bullet-points for each topic. They can be considered akin to flash-cards, I guess.

I am doing the old one and am currently doing b3 plant cells, wbu

also make page summaries for each topic and buy the neccesary books available that the school use as those helped me alot in year 10

The best revision guides are made by CGP

heres a link to additional science GCSE revision guide

don't pick the wrong book, I made that mistake once and wasted £10
