Yes, you can provided you score at least AAA.

Yes you can, I think only a few universities (Cambridge for example) require 3 sciences at A2.

In which case, no. *Significant and important difference. *A non-native language studied as a foreign language A-level is a great third A-level choice. *But if you're taking a language as a foreign language but it's not actually a foreign language to you, then that wouldn't be accepted as a third A-level, you'll need something different.
