I went to the freshers' ball and it was pretty pants.

Lechy German DJs, ewwww.

They could not possibly be worse than the appalling DJ at loveshack on the open day....

I heard that that loveshack dj was erm...well I heard the stories.
He's not a regular there. Although I don't really like loveshack. Studio and klute is where it's at :yep:

and hounds. And sometimes revolver.

It sounds dreadful - and what's worse is that freshers are, I'd assume, bound to be a bit vulnerable when they go up. I'm not surprised you thought it was hideous. It's not representative of durham night life at all for the record.
