AS Core Studies Psychology Re-sit!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the exam last year, came out with a C, resat in January just gone, and ended up with a D. I thought I did really well the first time round, I answered all the questions in detail and got an A on a mock we did. I don't understand what I did wrong. And now I'm being told if I don't resit again this summer and get a better grade then I'm at high risk of not getting into the uni I want. I really don't know where I've gone wrong. If anyone could point me in the right direction of maybe some model answers for an example exam paper that I could perhaps go through and figure out where I went wrong?
