Range Bars?

We had our AS Biology Practical exam last week, measuring the effect of substrate concentration upon enzyme activity. We produced a line graph of this data, with 'Substrate concentration' along the x-axis and 'Relative rate' alone the y-axis. I've been told that on our next paper we'll need to be able to produce range bars of this data, but I have no idea how to go about drawing one. I can't find any information in the textbook and there's nothing on the internet, so can anyone explain how I'd go about designing range bars for this data? Thanks :smile:
