Tohseef Shah, 21, admitted a charge of criminal damage to the memorial, outside Burton College in Burton on Trent, when he appeared at Burton Magistrates Court.

Shah admitted spraying the words 'Islam will dominate the world - Osama is on his way' and 'Kill Gordon Brown' on the plinth of the East Staffordshire Borough Council-owned memorial, on December 10 last year.
He was given a two-year conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £500 compensation to the council, plus £85 costs.

I think this is truly pathetic and as a Muslim he should be locked up. This is offensive to Muslims and Non-Muslims.
But I feel the justice system has failed extraordinarily and the Daily mail has exaggerated this storyline.
Because I'm angered over this, in which no one is sentenced.
City workers will be handed bonuses totalling an astonishing £6.8billion this year.
They will receive an average payout of around £70,000 - almost three times the entire salary of a typical worker elsewhere.
Despite widespread anger over City pay, the bonus pool will be £750million bigger than last year, research reveals today.

A day after her latest rejection, and on the eve of her fortnightly trip to sign on, she wrote heartbreaking notes to her parents and boyfriend saying 'I don't want to be me any more' and took a huge drug overdose.
