19 year old guy who weighs 9 stone!!

The problem with bulking up when your 16-20 is most likely (especially if your skinny and excersise a lot) due to having a high metabolism, you can eat twice as much then the person next to you and not put on a pound.
Focus on properly bulking up when your a bit older say 18+
I was always a skinny guy throughout school and college, but overtime I gained weight, not by working out though.
Now I'm 20 and way just about 10st 5lb and in 5ft 9in. Which is still not a lot, however I've started working out recently and over the past two weeks I've notice I've gained a few more pounds and am more defined.
I workout most days 5-6 days a week at home for about 30 mins a day, sometimes more.
Muscle doesn't appear overnight, it can take months to see any significant results.
Google workout routines and experient with weights your comfortable with.
