So I heard some advice that a guy should always jerk off before he goes out to pickup girls. The logic behind this is that he won't be as horny therefore he will be more relaxed and less desperate around the girls he's meeting.

Do you think this is true? Or should I just not jerk off for like a week and go out really horny?

Ive done this when i used to go and see my ex just to hang out.
It is actually a good idea to reduce the risk of you sleeping with someone, in my case my ex.
