Joint Honours?

Hey guys.
I'm currently applying for Universities
and i had no idea where to post this.
I'm looking into studying History or politics at Uni,
But my main concern is whether to go for a single course, or a joint honours.
Which is better regarded in the outside world? Full course, or a joint course?

History and Politics is a good one as far as I know. Where do you intend on studying?

I just don't know whether to do just History, or a Joint Honours of History and Politics,
Most Uni's seem to offer both.
And i'm Still in the early stages of it all, I've looked into a fair few and need to whittle it down into 5.

Do whichever you would prefer. Unless there is a genuine need to do single honours i.e. for entry into a particular career, there is nothing wrong with joint honours.
