veterinary degree, realistic??

hello, I am new to this site and am looking for some honest advice.

I have always wanted to become a vet, but until I got my quite frankly mind-blowing (most one or 2 grades above my predicted :woo: ) GCSE results, I didn't think it was a realistic option. Because of this I have only just started my work experience (one week so far) so will be behind most people who will be applying next year. with some hard work on my part I think I could get AAAB at AS and AAA or AAB at A2 but with my lack of experience would a veterinary degree be realistic.

What are your GCSE grades? You have a year to gain work experience, that's enough time.

Those are good results so they are.

You should concentrate on your work experience and AS levels. If you do well in you overall A levels you should be 100%, as long as you have a load of varied work experience.
