SF Grant Problem
Hi im in my 2nd year now and im having some troubles with my application for the grant, i got my grant in my first year because Student finance said i didnt need to provide every piece of info as it was my first year( didn't know that until 2nd year so i thought i did) anyways now that its my second they need all the information and ive provided all except one proof of single occupancy, how would my mother prove this as she has been single since we came to the country? ( Council tax is ruled out because im 19 ) please provide useful information, thanks
As you are a student you are not counted on the council tax i believe, therefore it should still show that she gets the -25% discount for single occupancy.
