Seem to have been waiting months for my SF to be approved, says next expected update is between 09/08/23 to 14/08/23 as time is pressing on I can only imagine it’s still not going to happen today. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hello, did you hear from them? Because we are waiting too, when we spoke to them last they said we should get updates around the 26 and yet nothing so far.

Yes, I called in and spoke to someone and although it said that all had been done (Green ticks) they were still waiting on something else, I had to go through to complaints after speaking to an amiable agent who couldn't help. My SF is now approved, it could be worth talking to someone.
