Summer jobs

Hey guys,

I'm hoping to get a job as soon as possible after I finish exams and head back to Birmingham. I want to start looking and applying for jobs on-line now so I can start asap. I don't really know where to start tbh though. I'm 20 and have some experience in customer service. Not looking for anything too high paying or fancy but i'm not going to take up a job at mcdonalds either.

Any ideas?

Hey bob,

most job sites will advertise part time positions so always worth checking them out, a good way to go would be to print off copies of your CV and hand them into supermarkets or any other shops you would like to work, you could also email the companies with your CV attached.

If you dont have a CV written up then take a look at the advice avaliable on this website or many others as having a well structured CV is a must.

Job centers are a good source of information, they have terminals which are updated constantly as new jobs in the area become avaliable.
