I'm doing OCR GCE Britain and Ireland, 1798-1921

:frown: Not fun at all, I'm revising the Irish Economy at the moment...

Is your exam a thematic paper too?

Yeah it is, it's actually a retake (I got a mid B, 75 last year) but since I got 91 on the other paper, I'm safely an A. I wanted to retake it to secure myself better this year, as I'm not overly confident for my USA Civil Rights Exam but I'm starting to wonder if this was such a wise decision now.
If I go up 5 marks, I get an A on the British Paper but I now may be sacrificing vital America revision time so I'm very confused what to do now. :s-smilie:
British exam = 15th May
America exam = 12th June

But I have another key exam inbetween.

the rest of todays plan is:

Cover notes on BIO - Dopamine and its effects
Questions on the topics listed

Go through ALL Chemistry notes
Practice questions on the three modules for Chemistry (maybe)

Cover notes on BIO - Oxidative Phosphorylation
Cover notes on BIO - Respiratory substrates
Questions on the topics listed

Don't stress about it :hugs: you can only do the best you can in a given time, try and divide you time according to a timetable perhaps, I don't have any retakes but some of my A2 exams are only a day apart, so I've planned approximately 3 areas to revise a day, around an hour or so each and increasing as I get closer to exams. Obviously, a couple of days before an exam dedicate all of your time to it, but until then, try and spread your time equally, unless you have any particular areas that you really need to focus on.
Rest of today;

Virtue Ethics part a

Virtue ethics part b

Ethics combination questions

Re-read key Anthology texts

Start planning Irish economy question

Spend the rest of the day going over the COMP1 skeleton code. Starting to understand some of it :/
Rest of Today
Do a History Past Question on The Arms Race
Do the Beatles + use of technology past question
Revise Sino-Soviet Relations
Quick re-cap of the Thaw
Re-read one Angela Carter story

haha, makes me feel glad that I'm not the only one aswell
I haven't done anything this weekend. Family reunion on friday, wedding all of yesterday, and work all day today. I'm exhausted, may read my economics textbook in the bath, but thats it.

Tomrrow: M1 and probably a C1 paper. And then lots of Economics. And maybe some Geography too - plus I need to go through my General Studies pre-release sometime!
