Kit list for Recruit Training at RAF Halton

Hi Guys,

Just wandering if anyone can recommend a place to buy the 5cm x 1.5cm blank sew on name tags required on the most recent Kit List for Recruit Training at Halton.

I've searched high and low and the closest I can find is a length of iron on tape 1.2cm wide that you cut to length yourself.

I'm starting my training on August 17th so still got plenty of time to search, but any help would be most appreciated.

I have 1.2 x 5cm, can't find 1.5's anywhere. Are there any staff on here that can advise on whether I will get earache for that.....

Thank you very much for this link Adrian, I assume these tags are the size detailed on the kit list for recruit training?

I never actually measured mine, however none of the Corporals at Halton have brought anything bad up about them.

Thanks for the link Ardian. Could you just confirm that the tags need to be blank? I was going to get mine printed until I re-read the kit list! Do we write the names on when we get there?

I think you are allowed to get them printed as long as you know all the info thats to go on them, surname and last 3 of service number, but don't hold me to that.
