Birth Certificate Evidence form?
When I applied for Student finance last month I choose not to bother with the evidence but remember seeing a PDF that someone who is not a relative and myself had to fill in that would get sent away with the birth certificate.
Student Finance contacted me last night to say they now require the BC. I've logged in this morning and all I can see as an option to print out a cover sheet that contains your ref number, no other forms.
I want to get it sent off today but I'm confused that this form is now missing from the evidence section of the website.
