Save the maple pecan twist. I do enjoy both but pecans are so gorgeous and pastry, twistsss, maple..oh please. Plus, I'll just have apple pie instead!

That's coming from a MASSIVE Softboiled fan. But to be honest the same experience can be achieved from a softboiled poachie! Eggs Benedict is a classic, absurdly good combo.
