A level choices - What is the photography (JRS) course like?

Hey guys,

I'm applying for 6th form this week... The subjects I want to take are:
Biology, Geography, Psychology and Photography.
I am planning on just doing photography at AS level and then dropping it. I wanted it as a subject that I know I would enjoy, and maybe find useful later on in life... (I didn't think it'd be good for uni applications!)

I basically just want to find out in detail what the course entails and if it's worth taking for just AS.
(I'm interested in studying some sort of social/people/tourism/sciencey degree if that helps?!?!)
