Thanks for the responses, just a quick update. Had a successful interview at Liverpool, and thankfully this issue was resolved. :wink:

Apparently they get quite a few with this issue each year and allow 28 days to receive any ordered certificates. They also accept official statements of results rather than paying twice as much for certificates, so ended up not being too expensive. Thanks Mum.
