GCE PE life plan HELP!!!

Hi im new to TSR and was hoping some one here couuld give me some advice / help on my PE A2 course work. Im trying to write a life plan but its really hard. Im not sure what to add in to it and my teacher has left on personal reason so cant get any help there.

I would appreciate any help or advice you guys have
