Peer to Peer is simply two computers connected to each other without a server. Bittorrent or MSN is a classic example of this as both clients are connected directly to each other.

The client server model has a client (the users PC) which requests data from a server and the server then sends the client the correct date. This is used in organisations outside of the home although with the advent of NAT routers it is becoming more common in the home.

Star, bus, ring etc refers to the network topology. It is years since I last did this. Token Ring and Ethernet refer to the protocols used rather than the topology.
