Obviously a troll, but I'll just point out that a good portion of us are doctors/surgeons and either hung around or just become members through being able to guide others.

No actually. Basically all the bits of any mammal are pretty much the same. The differences are more apparent when you consider blood volumes, systolic pressures and rates and how different species react to different drugs.A lung is a lung, a liver is a liver, a kidney is a kidney.
