Birmingham or Bristol Medicine 2012
Hi All,
I am really struggling to decide on which medical school to FIRM, either Birmingham or Bristol.
I seem to think that Birmingham may have a better Med school in terms of the clinical training it can offer, the fantastic teaching hospitals and several centres of excellence. BUT, it think Bristol could be a nicer place to spend 5 years and that I may have more fun at uni. Also, the intake at Bristol is a lot smaller so you are probably more likely to get to know everyone in your year. Bristol does not seem to have faired very well in the latest Med School student satisfaction survey.
Any thoughts would be really helpful.
