My tel was at the end of Aug. I had to wait for 6 weeks after it to hear back, but if you had a later tel interview you probably will not need to wait so long.

The individual presentation and the group exercise were in the second round, so don't get too hung up on that-and you also get a brief on the objectives so just be clued up on the markets.

First round interviews (two thirty minute ones) are really competency based, I was also asked about the markets and what I would like to discuss in terms of financial news, and was asked if I had 1 million pounds, what would I invest in.

That's amazing ive already also got a sales and trading offer from MS. The AC consists of three interviews- two competency and one with brain teasers and less competency ques. An individual presentation, a group exercise- both of which you will be given a brief and you will have to take their numerical test again.
