Problem in my Student Info

Hi
I have applied for a Tuition fees loan with Students Finance, and I have received a Payment Schedule letter. I'm a EU student. My course starts next month.
However, in my Student Info in my university’s website, I’ve got this:

Tuition Fees (12/13)
Fee Status: Home and EU
LEA (If Applicable):
Payment Plan: No payment plan applied for.
Total Fee: £9000
Sponsor: Student Loans Company Limited
Sponsor Contribution: £0

Student Loan Information (12/13)
No Student Loan applied for.

What does this mean? Should I contact Student Finance? Should I wait?

An EU student is usually entitle to a tuition fee loan and DSA if applicable.

If you're an EU student and wish to have additional help, you must meet all the criteria listed below.

1. You’re an EU national, or the family member of someone who is.
2. You’ve lived in the UK for three years or more before your course starts.
3. You’ll be living in the UK on the first day of the academic year in which your course starts .
4. Usually your main reason for living in the UK was not to receive full-time education.

Your post didn't help me a lot.
That's not what I was asking

If you're querying the following

Payment Plan: No payment plan applied for.

Then this looks like you may have not applied for a TFL. Call the EU Team and they'll be able to see what you applied for.

I applied for a TFL.
Do they have any email to contact them? I think I won't be able to explain things correctly by phone..
