Can you advice me?
Hi, I have lived in Uk since 2002 (before in Netherlands) and recently started a degree in engineering at Cardiff. I was told by couple friends in the last week
that they were paying around 3k while I pay 9k a year. I thought only welsh student were eligible for a welsh grant equaling £5,425 from the Welsh Government but these students were not welsh but spanish and germans
There I was wondering am I too eligible for these welsh grant as I have a Dutch passport?

You'll need to contact student finance wales. I know that for Scotland, if you're an EU student, you pay the home fee's for Scotland. It might be the same for Wales, though I'm not sure as you've lived in the UK for over 10 years.
