I haven't seen an active thread for this so I wanted to ask if anyone who's attended a Santander Assessment Centre can share some tips/advice on what to expect and what to prepare for?

I've been shortlisted for the AC but haven't heard back yet. Can you please let me know when you heard back from them, and when you initially applied and were shortlisted?
