Post Grad vs. Undergrad Accommodation
I don't understand the whole thing of post grads and under grads having different accommodations, surely a lot of post grads are 22 yo masters students, therefore not really that big of an age gap?

Postgraduate courses tend to be a lot tougher and have longer hours then undergrad courses. Also postgrads will have already done the whole undergrad thing and will be more likely to appreciate having less distractions.
