Retaking a module whilst at Uni

I got my result last thursday and they were ABC and got in to my insurance. My english lang & lit (AQA) was the C. I am really disappointed about this. My modules were AABE. I had the E remarked but it came back 2 UMS lower but overall grade was still a C. I am really close to a B though only about 6 UMS off. And I really think I can do better than a C.

Now I am thinking of retaking just this module but I've heard that there will be no exams in jan only june. Do you reckon its worth doing it?

Also, I will be doing Economics at Uni. And most of the placements I've seen either industrial or graduate do look at UCAS points hence I am considering of doing this.
