Hi everyone!

I'm an italian student and I'm planning to move in London next year and begin a degree course. (I'm thinking Genetics at Queen Mary).
Can I be eligible for a student loan even if I'm not a UK student or I'm not living in UK for 3 years before the course?
Can I gain the entirely tuition fee?

Anyone that know more about it?

You are entitled to a tuition fee loan and nothing else.
